Are these real flowers?
Yes! All items are made from real flowers, leaves and botanicals. Size shapes and colours of each flower may vary slightly, making each piece unique.
Will my pieces look the same forever?
Keep in mind that things that come
from mother nature can naturally change in colour overtime. Store your pieces away from sunlight.
Why doesn’t my piece look like the pictures?
I only use real flowers, leaves and botanicals for my pieces. I do my best to choose flowers that are as close to the description as possible, but I cannot control the beauty of nature. There may be a slight shape and size difference in some flowers.
I’m not happy with my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, let’s figure out a way to rectify it. Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase, but shipping costs are not covered by Sophie’s Creative Studio unless the order arrived damaged. By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions.
I input the wrong shipping address, can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately if the order has already been shipped, Sophie’s Creative Studio is not liable to replace the items. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing name and address. Please email me immediately to make changes to orders with incorrect shipping information.
My order hasn’t been delivered
I’m sorry your package can’t be located.
Sophie’s Creative Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. It is your responsibility to contact Australia Post to locate your parcel.
